Research Interests
Lynn Maxwell’s research focuses on embodiment, questions of relationality, and the intersections between art, literature, and philosophy in the period.Her book project, “Wax Impressions, Forms, and Figures in Early Modern Literature: Wax Works,” under contract with Palgrave Macmillan, explores how wax serves as a conceptual material in the early modern period and her essays have appeared in several journals, including Criticism and The Journal for Early Modern Cultural Studies.
