Research Interests
Dr. Xuexin Liu has published two books and numerous research papers on Japanese/Chinese language and culture. Her current research interests include comparative studies of Japanese/Chinese semantics and pragmatics, Japanese/Chinese language and culture, Japanese/Chinese business culture, contact linguistics and bilingualism, language transfer in second language learning, translation theories and skills, teaching Japanese as a foreign language
